What pack size makes sense for a 60-cover restaurant?
Most full-service restaurants do well with 2.5 quart pans and 4–6 flavors on rotation, one pan covers roughly 12 plated 3 oz scoops, so a standing weekly order smooths demand and keeps your walk-in clear. We model it with you on the intake call.
What container sizes and packaging options are available?
Container sizes include 2.5 quart, 5 liter, 6 liter decorated, 2.5 gallon, and traditional Pozzetti formats. Packaging options include biodegradable boxes for accounts that need sustainable formats.
Can we get our logo printed on the pan?
Yes, decorated 6L pans support custom branding for tableside service. We design and produce labels in-house with no setup fee. Ask your account manager for current lead times.
Do you make more than gelato?
